Innovation Awards 2025

IN.NO.VA.TION – A NEW METHOD, IDEA, PRODUCT

As British Columbia’s residential housing sector accelerates toward ambitious energy-efficiency and sustainability goals, the modular home industry continues to lead the way—delivering smarter, faster, and more responsible housing solutions.

To celebrate the trailblazers pushing boundaries and redefining what’s possible, the Manufactured Home Association of British Columbia (MHABC) proudly presents the Innovation Awards. These awards recognize MHABC Members who embrace forward-thinking technologies, pioneering construction methods, and revolutionary products that elevate modern home design.

From cutting-edge energy systems to thoughtful, site-responsive architecture, Innovation Award recipients demonstrate how strategic design can seamlessly integrate a home into its environment—enhancing sustainability, efficiency, and long-term livability. Their work not only reduces environmental impact but also enriches the everyday lifestyle of those who call these homes their own.

The Innovation Awards shine a spotlight on the ideas shaping the future of housing in British Columbia—where creativity meets performance, and vision becomes reality.
